    I have 3 submissions with the oldest being from October 4 2022 that are still all sitting in encapsulation. I keep getting told that you dont have the parts for oversize posters. Is there any new update? I am almost up to 1 year of my one order sitting at CGC and for all 3 i have been billed already and received nothing back. i have 1 or 2 large items in all my submissions. would really like to get the smaller ones done but im told that cant be done either. So, what can we do to get anything back to me? Its unfair that i have had to pay and now just wait and wait and wait and have nothing back so far.
