Tough book to find in hi-grade.  Congrats.  Really bewildered as to why this book doesn't get more attention and/or recognition than it does. 

I'm amazed.  I've never seen the Gil Kane drawn one. 

Great memories.  Mar-vell was one of my favorite characters as a kid.  Cooler than Spider-Man to me in many ways.

Of course, they killed him off

One of my favorite EERIE issues ever.  Congrats.

Very impressive. Those early Frazetta Warrens are still underappreciated to this day.

Don't have a lot of pics.  My daughter probably has a million, but I do have these on my phone with her chilling on the sofa with the dogs.  I think my daughter took these during last Christmas. 

My daughter is on her 3rd rabbit.  First one lasted for about 7-8 years (not sure exactly, she was fully grown when we adopted her), the second one not even a year, the current one is going on 5 years now.  Really miss the second one (she was a lop).  She was very "dog like" in her behavior and interaction with us.  We viewed her no differently than our other two dogs.  Just got sick one day and passed away despite a trip to the local animal ER.  Both were carefully buried in our backyard with headstones.

Congrats.   One of my favorites.  Behind issue #24, I think this comes in as the second best executed book of the Smith run.  A real shame Conan is not as appreciated these days as in the past.  Oh well.  More for collectors like you and me.

It's easy when you have better distribution chains than your competitor.

That's exactly how I did it in '83.  Could not bring myself to piece meal the collection.  Let the whole thing go in one shot.  Didn't come back into collecting until 2011.

Very underrated book and definitely very tough to find in high grade.  Congrats. 

Yeah, I saw that over at CL.  Nice pick up. Didn't bid on it, but I've been meaning to upgrade from my 8.5 ow/w at some point.  Not in a hurry though as this was the last Adams Bats issue for me on my priority list.
