  1. IIRC, it's taking them a couple of weeks from 'delivered' to 'received'. You'll have to contact CGC directly for more information.
  2. Your default response of attacking the person instead of the point is a consistent measure of self-defeat.
  3. I'll wait to watch it for free (at my brother's expense) on Disney+.
  4. I just hung up a bunch of posters and prints yesterday Among them was a print of a card in my Marit Lage & Vampires deck:
  5. People have soured on the show due to the finale. No payoff will do that.
  6. "Take your place among the brave ones." "I'm not broken, and I'm not alone." Those now have duplicate meanings. Wow.
  7. I am personally commenting on the quality of the reprint, and not the art/stories themselves, just FYI. My main concern was what quality of clarity the artwork and writing would be. Sometimes reprints can have blurred imaging. As far as Chamber of Chills goes, each book has been crystal clear without any sort of blurring. I thought that the paper color might be something you were critiquing. I can understand that. Thanks for your insight!
  8. The acting was good until Episode 9, IMO, where much of the dialogue felt very forced. I think that the show does an outright awful job of juggling exactly who/what is 'good' and 'bad'. It also has extreme pacing issues and inconsistent story elements. The problem with beginning production of many shows at once, when it's your first foray into episodic TV, is how can we be sure that the other titles won't suffer from the same issues? I'm not sure if Feige is making them formulaic, or if it's all up to the writers and directors. If it's the latter, then I have some optimism.
  9. Are you able to elaborate? I don't own any floppies pre-1970, so I can't be sure what differences there may be.
  10. The Russian family aspect was so dumb, and it was obviously mirroring Whedon's contribution of the Sokovian family in Age of Ultron. It's not 100% Whedon's fault; That much is true. Couldn't he have been the slightest bit creative, though, and not just repeated his shticks from the Avengers he directed...?
  11. There's 1 thing that I don't like about Cyborg's design: He's almost entirely robotic. I don't recall him being mostly-robot in the New 52, but now that I have image-searched, I guess he really was. I guess the Teen Titans in me just remembers too differently.
  12. The bold. Whatever completes the story. Full stop. Personal example: I bought the New 52 Justice League run. There are 65 total comics; 0-52, including 23.1-23.4, and the Darkseid War gods stuff. The lot I bought had 3 variants, but I wanted all Cover A. I found them and gave the 3 variants to my brother. Now I know that there are crossovers, such as Throne of Atlantis, but I don't consider that completely necessary to understand the JL story.
  13. People hypocritically cried "abuse". I'll miss the Haha reaction, though.
