  1. My books show received as of March 6th and I've been charged for the CCS pressing I requested. Is it safe to say my books made it in enough time for the Eastman signing? I'm seeing posts about the signing on Twitter from last week. Just looking for some information to alleviate any anxiety I have.
  2. Jennifer, Thanks for the information. I forgot to add the initials due to the rush to get it out. Looks like it's gonna be hope and a prayer time for me.
  3. Just trying to get further information about the books I submitted. They were delivered to the PO box on February 12th. Made it to your facility on February 18th. They are still not in the system as submitted. I'm starting to get worried that they won't be in the system prior to the Eastman signing. Do I still have a chance to make the signing? I've called and emailed and have not gotten any helpful information.
  4. Thanks again for the information. Outside of the show submissions, this is my literal first one so I am a bit green about all this. I am just worried that, even though it was delivered before the signing cut off date, that I am going to miss it.
  5. Good afternoon, I figured I would continue to post in this thread instead of starting a new one since it is still about this situation. So, the packaged arrived on February 12th to the Post Office Box. I checked tracking today to see if it was picked up and got a message saying that I needed to reschedule the delivery by February 26th or else it would be returned to me. Is it normal for the package to sit at the post office for almost a week before actually getting to the CGC facility for opening? I am just worried that it won't get to the signing event in time even though it was received before the cut off date of the 15th of February. I was told by an individual on the phone that USPS delivers these packages to you even though they are sent to a PO box. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
  6. Jennifer, Thanks for the information. I have received notice that the package is currently at the post office awaiting pick up from CGC. Is there a possibility to let the person know to keep a look out for the package with my name on it since I made the mistake of not putting the initials on it to signify it was for the Eastman/Bishop signing. I know it is a long shot with the volume of packages that come in for your business and services. Just figured I'd ask since it got down there prior to the deadline. Thanks and have a good day!
  7. You were able to use FedEx? I went to FedEx and they stated that they do not deliver to PO Boxes. I shipped mine out today Priority because overnight was 100 bucks. I am rolling the dice here but my main issue is that I totally forgot to write the letters for the signing on the box. I have tried to contact CGC via phone and a post on the boards, still waiting.
  8. So, with all the site issues from last week on the CGC site and making it impossible to actually do a submission until Sunday night, I was rushing to get my books packaged and sent out. I just shipped them out today because of another issue of my post office not accepting cards yesterday....(don't ask)... I just realized that I forgot to put the writing on the box for the signing event. Now, I am gambling that they get down by Monday to the PO Box. But, what should I do about ensuring my books get into the Eastman/Bishop signing with this mistake I made if they are delivered by the deadline?
  9. The sad thing is that I have had others today in a few groups literally take screen shots of their submission form page and they have it. It looks like the issue is with free accounts and not the paid ones.
  10. When I hit the online submission forms and go to the "Comics/Magazine" option, everything is grey'd out except for the signing and I have to choose that first before the grading/pressing, etc options come up.
  11. I've been having the same issue for days now. I have a free account and it won't populate a drop down event menu for the signing event. This, of course, has prevented me from shipping like I wanted to. Is there an ETA on a fix or are some of us just out of luck because your site is having issues? Just FYI, I have tried on two computers, my phone, and my tablet. So, the problems are not on my end.
  12. I had everything ready to go and just needed to do the submission form and it does not give me a drop down menu option for any of the signings. I have used three different web browsers, my phone, two different computers and a tablet. I have even created a second free account and even that does not give me a drop down menu option for the signings. I was hoping to get this down there by the 15th. But, it looks like I won't be able to because of an issue with CGC's site and/or my account.
  13. I am trying to submit for the Eastman/Bishop signing event but I do not get a drop down menu at all for the event selection. I have tried multiple web browsers and nothing is changing. Any help would be appreciated ASAP.
  14. I could not find a topic on this, so I need a little help seeing as I am sending out books on the 5th or 6th to the Eastman signing. I have three previously graded books that I will be sending in for the signing. I am going to get them pressed and regraded. So, how does the request of the window bag come into play for these that are already encapsulated? Do I need to make a bag and notate which issue is supposed to go in which or something else. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
