Remember: we now live in an era where just the accusation is proof of the crime. And if MULTIPLE people accuse you...by God, it MUST be true. What a shameful world we live in, where the powerful are never held to account, except when it's expedient.
Just because someone disagrees with you, doesn't mean they are disagreeable.
Just because someone agrees with you, doesn't mean you are right.
If you can't handle a disagreement without making it personal, the problem is you.
There IS objective truth in the universe. Those who pretend there is not do so to justify their own behavior.
There are no sacred cows. No one is immune to challenge, and no one's ideas are immune to criticism.
We should always strive for perfection, in everything. Otherwise, life is a sloppy, frustrating endeavor. So what if it's not attainable? Does that excuse the unwillingness to try?
