At least when you look up a comic you can see who the artist is. There's almost no way to find out who drew this because Funko claims no knowledge.
Having worked for an ad agency artwork usually is not credited to an individual, just done by the firm/agency. It most likely was done more for marketing than art that would be featured in a comic.
