Same here. I am sending back. They said it was due to "vibrations" in transit. The back covers look ok. I am pretty disappointed. My value tier arrived okay, but the modern came this way. The certification is supposed to extiguish any question of the grade. If I want to sell these one day I want to sell "Certified 9.8", not a "9.8 but sorry crud inside the case". Hopefully it will get fixed.

Done! Thanks for your help.

Hi, I am noticing that most of my new slabs received today have some kind of gunk on the inner plastic. This is my first submission with CGC, do I need to pay more to have them put into clean slabs? Is this normal? They are all 9.8, but have staining all over the slabs. I feel like it will cause problems for me if I decide to sell one day. Thanks!

I want to submit, and wondering if this matters if I were to press this Detective Comics #1000... The pages have a slight waviness, nothing too crazy, but I am not sure if that effects the grade for these bound comics. Thank you :)

No bleed on the inside, that I can see, although darker colors would be easier to spot. Seems more like foxing, and the more I stare at it, the more I may be causing my brain to pick things out that are normal. There is an area under DDs left foot that looks like rubbing, but that does not turn pink like the area over the Title. Thanks for looking!

HI, I recently purchased a cheap blacklight flashlight. I had been through quite a few silver age comics, until this one arrived today, Daredevil #17. This is the first to look strange to me... but I may be overthinking it. Please have a look at the photos, mostly along the top edge, because I cannot tell if it is normal wear on the yellow, or heavy-handed dry cleaning (which would not appear darker under a blacklight, would it?), or color touch. The right side of the comic appears trimmed from front cover to mid staples, and is crooked from bottom to top of the comic. This may only be a printing defect, but I am not sure. I value anyone elses eyes on this. Thank you!!!

I am somewhat new to this forum, so I hope this is the correct board. I wanted to finish collecting all of the DD early yellow costume issues, and a few early crossovers (some after the red costume). DD #1-6 ASM #16 FF #39, 40 Not counting the Marvel Super Heroes issue reprints, are there any other appearances? Thanks!
