  1. @dbcn Thanks for checking. I got lucky, TCC had just 1 available in stock for CGC.
  2. Any chance CGC could reopen submissions for Hugh Jackman since the signing may not happen until sometime in 2024?
  3. My Wolverine #1 shipped out on July 23. I'm still waiting on an update on a Dark Knight #1 though. Is your Dark Knight book still showing a status of "received"? My Wolverine #1 has been in received status since the end of May.
  4. Joey, Sorry for the late reply. I did not have "Notify me of replies" turned on and I have not checked CGC forums until this week. This would be a spine alignment. The staples would move about 1/4 inch to the back cover. Would you recommend this adjustment? I am not looking to flip this book. I had it CGCed in 2011 (No notes). I think visually it would look better with the spine adjusted. The book also needs a cleaning and tac iron corner crunch adjustment.
  5. My apologies if this has been asked before. I did a search but did not find any topics related. With Spine Roll Realignment pressing. The staples are now clearly located 1/4inch in on the back cover. The Front cover is more visually appealing. If the book were perfect except for the staple location on the back cover. What is the best possible grade? No pics, this is a general question as the books have not had the spine realigned yet.

  7. Thank you for taking the time to look over the book. Hopefully others can also weigh-in. The fraying of the to right corner cover is limited to the back cover only in that spot, not the interior pages. I have seen this before with books for this era. There are several spine ticks with color breaks, I wish there were less. The light refractions makes some of those ticks appear to be color breaks. There are also several bends that are hard to see in the images. Hopefully those will press out. Could you please provide more info around your NG. What is leading this as a NG for you. There is fraying/wear on the bottom right corner. I am not saying it was not trimmed as I am definitely not an expert on identify trimming. Could you please provide more details on your thoughts for the book being trimmed. I do not see any visible color variation on the internal page edges. Books of this era tend to be miss aligned, miss wrapped and miss cut at the press and have other various production flaws. The corner looks very similar to several other CGC Blue and Yellow labels I have.
