So I am very new to this (both submitting comics and asking on this forum. I have a question about Comics with COAs that give their print number (not sure if I am wording that right). For example: This is number 26 out of 600. Is that used in the CGC process? I saw that COAs do not count for a witnessed signature but how does it work for limited print runs?
