Hi there , Yes, I experienced this recently as I sent about 13 books to be graded in July 2020 and when they came back mid December 2020 10 of them all came back with these spots all over the front and back of the slabs . the spotted areas look similar to that of a spotted glasses or silverware from a dishwasher. This for certain is on the inside of the slab as I have tried cleaning the surface with zero luck. I then immediately contacted CGC who said to send them back which I did in January 2021 and have not heard a peep from them since about what this anomaly is or what they are doing with my 10 books. Now I just had a book come back yesterday April 3, 2021 from the Harrison Ford signature signing with Twin Cities and guess what the slab is covered all over the front with this spotting that is really unsightly and the slab had a few scratches as well. Anyhow seems like this is a continuing issue. I will include a few photos to show what mean by the spotting .
