I sent in a sliver aged with cgc witnessed signature. It came back with a blue label instead of gold/yellow. It did have a signature name and date printed on the label. Was this purely a mistake and how to I send it back in to get fixed? Will I have to wait months before getting it back? Will I have to pay for shipping?
