    Why would you hope for a blue label? The only reason you'd get a blue label on an already signed book is if it received a low grade.

    The quick version is does CGC verify the authenticity of signatures and/or sketch art when they grade? Forgive me if this has been asked. I've only been casually involved with comics for my life, mostly focused on a few select titles. Spawn in particular, was my favorite and I recently decided to resume my collection. Anyway, I recently purchased a CGC graded sketch issue, item #1592353001. If it's real, it would be a fantastic get for my collection but I'm having doubts. Plus, when I looked it up, it didn't have the sketch on it in your database, but only showed the blank cover, but did have the proper description. Is that something I should be worried about? Thanks so much for your time.
