  1. Marketplace ad closed. Lobo & Dawg piece sold. Other pieces removed as their sale(s) is/are no longer necessary. Thank you.
  2. I’ve decided to move a few pieces of art from my Crow, Lobo, and X-23 OA collections. There’s more to come, but here is a link to the pieces I’m ready to move now: https://www.comicartfans.com/galleryroom.asp?gsub=242901 I’ve priced the pieces fairly aggressively, but I am open to reasonable cash, trade, & cash + trade offers. Email is the best/preferred method of contact. As noted, the buyer will be charged the actual cost for shipping the art (TBD based on your preferences). I do not make money on shipping. Again, you will be charged the actual cost to ship the item. Preferred method of payment is Check, MO, wire transfer. Checks/MO's will need to clear before art is shipped. If you prefer another method of payment, please let me know and I’ll try my best to accommodate. Unless the item(s) arrives damaged, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Again, please make your purchasing decision(s) based on the scans/photographs provided or ask for additional scans/photographs. If you have any questions, please ask. I’ll tell you what I know. That said, I’m certainly not going to be unreasonable. Please contact me if you have any legitimate concerns and we can discuss appropriate remedies. The first (determined by timestamp) definitive “I’ll Take It” post wins the item and trumps any ongoing conversations, negotiations, trade talks, etc… Please indicate the exact piece of art that you are buying in your "I'll Take It" post. If you are a member of the Hall of Shame or, if you are currently on probation, please do not participate. 7. Hello! THE BOOKS All books listed are RAW, unless otherwise noted. SCANS/ESTIMATED GRADES I am not a professional grader, nor do I pretend to be. Please review the scans/photographs I’ve provided and make your decision(s) to purchase or not based on them. In general, I do not provide scans/photographs of every item or issue in each lot, rather I provide scans/photos of the most valuable books in the lot. If you have any questions about a particular item/book or would like more scans or photos, please let me know prior to posting “I’ll Take It.” I will do my absolute best to provide you with the images you requested in a timely manner. The fastest method of communication for me is email. SHIPPING Whenever possible, I try to ship all books in a Gemini mailer within 24-48 hours of an “I’ll Take It” posting & address confirmation. I do not believe that it is ethical to make money on the cost of shipping so I do my absolute best to pass along actual shipping costs… nothing more, nothing less. To make sure this process is fair for both parties, I ask that you pay for the item(s) minus shipping costs prior to shipping. After determining your preferred shipping method, I will ship per your instruction and send you a follow-up email noting actual shipping costs along with a copy of the receipt for verification purposes. Once you receive the follow-up email containing the shipping costs, please pay promptly. Again, I do not believe in making money on shipping and will only charge you actual shipping costs per your preferred shipping method. If you would prefer to pay for the item(s) plus shipping at one time, I will provide you with the best cost estimate that I can. Based on the size of the books, generally speaking, shipping Priority Mail in the US will cost approximately $15.50 per 30 books shipped. I prefer shipping domestically (within the U.S.) but will consider shipping internationally provided the purchaser is willing to pay the additional postage to do so. I will do my best to provide you with packaging photo’s and/or tracking information in a timely manner. PAYMENT PayPal, check and money order payments are accepted. Checks/MO's will need to clear before books are shipped. RETURNS Unless the item(s) arrives damaged, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Again, please make your purchasing decision(s) based on the scans/photographs provided or ask for additional scans/photographs. That said, I’m certainly not going to be unreasonable. Please contact me if you have any legitimate concerns and we can discuss appropriate remedies. 8. Hello! I am in the process of moving to a much smaller home and will have limited wall space. Therefore, I am moving some of my X-23 & Lobo original art. For that reason, I am primarily interested in selling these pieces and will listen and reply to any reasonable purchase offers. I am also willing to bundle these pieces together. Additionally, I will entertain trade/trade plus cash offers. However, my collecting focus is fairly narrow. At this particular moment, I am interested in James O'Barr's Crow, Simon Bisley's Lobo... particularly pages from Paramilitary Christmas Special..., and early X-23 art. Send me what you have... if I'm not interested, I'll politely decline. If you happen to have a piece that is valued at a price greater than the piece of art I am selling, I will add cash to even out the trade. However, cash is king and my primary interest is selling these pieces. SCANS Please review the scans/photographs I’ve provided and make your decision(s) to purchase or not based on them. 10. I’ve been on the lookout for this James O’Barr Crow piece for a while. A couple leads... a couple dead ends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
