I purchased a New Mutants #98 that was a 9.4 but it looks as if it were to be pressed & cleaned it could potentially bump up to a 9.6 & also I love the newer graphic labels with the characters especially the deadpool holding up 9.9 please so new on here and would like to know what all I need to do as well the cost to do the resubmitting & the graphic label thanks
