  1. There isn't even one up in the Feature ComicLink auction - only a 9.6s. Everyone must have been holding on to them hoping for an announcement.
  2. Just checked the census and there is "only" 121 CGC 9.8 out there. It's been a $400 - $500 book for a couple years so you would think most of the high grade copies would have been submitted by now.
  3. I just bought a copy for $415 shipped off of E-Bay (which is about the current GPA) since I've been on the fence for a few weeks and decided now is the time to buy. Wish I would have kept that CGC 9.6 a few months ago.
  4. I was buying a NM copy and the seller pulled the book while I was checking out. At least it saved us both the hassle of him not sending me the book.
  5. Until they see the news and realize that their over-inflated price just became the new FMV. Hopefully they've shipped by then and not, as you say, conveniently misplaced the book!
  6. Ha, let me help you out with the key sentence in the article. Which new hero are you looking forward to seeing on Netflix? Who would you want to see playing the new additions to Marvel’s Netflix Universe? More importantly, Happy April Fool’s Day True Believers! I saw it was a April Fools Joke but I still think She-Hulk 1 CGC 9.8 a good buy right now. There is a ton on census but I can't imagine she will not be involved in a show or movie in the near future. We will see.
  7. It may be a rumor but it seems like all the She-Hulk 1 CGC 9.8 are being bought up over the last few days.
  8. Not going to happen. Even the Walking Dead audience is not ready for a pregnant woman being beating to death with a bat. It's one of the guys - my money is on Eugene.
  9. Damn show is starting to remind me of Lost in the way it is progressing. Cliff hanger after cliff hanger with no pay outs. Start of the season had us wondering who Negan's group is and we end the whole season with almost no idea. Thank god I read the comics or I'd be pissed at how few answers they told us this season.
  10. Just got out of the theater - not bad but definitely not a great flick. I think my biggest problem was the director seemed to be trying to produce an award winning visual movie from a comic book flick. It comes across as kind of dull compared to the visual masterpiece he was hoping for. Battle scenes were good and the plot definitely made you think rather then just mindlessly enjoying the film. I like deep movies so I give it a B-.
  11. I'm heading to see it at noon. I've been avoiding all the reviews until I get a chance to see it so it will be good to get in on the conversation.
  12. Don't get too excited to start slapping those 3X market price tags on the bags just yet. Fox Debunks 'NEW MUTANTS' Casting Rumors Where there is smoke there usually is fire. I'd be shocked if the rumors don't turn out to be true.
  13. Love it. Its slightly corny but it is one of the show I never miss.
  14. I wonder if the turn around time will go back up after the 4th since some people have been holding off subbing until after the new cases come out and there will be a rush after the 4th.
  15. I'm assuming the ones without notes are all 9.4/9.6? Most of the time they do not keep/publish grading notes for 9.6s and sometimes I do not get notes if its a 9.4. Any lower and I usually get notes.
  16. 3/23 Scheduled for Grading 3/29 Shipped/Safe (10 9.8) (1 9.6) Nice 10:1 ratio and that's crazy fast (8 days) of a turn around.
  17. Assuming you have picked out all the hot books then $50 a long box is pretty good (for you) for that time frame especially in a bulk buy.
  18. 19. They are worth more as a collection. It would cost you more to try to put together the entire set piecemeal. I have the entire collection. Make me an offer for more than $1 a book. No? Didn't think so. How many are in that set - 50 books? I'm always buying them for $50 a set if you are selling.

If I were to take you up on your offer, I'd turn around and flip it on eBay. Great info. I bought a complete set for $50 and resold it for $125 in a couple weeks. People are willing to pay a premium for the complete set.
  21. Yikes. That's my junior high date ugly.
  22. Was the blonde standing behind these girls?
  23. CGC package arrived safe and sound and quickly this time.
