  1. It was a 100% Increase when I submitted mine at 30 days, so expect 150 business days when you submit your bulk lmao.
  2. I agree they keep trying to be politcally correct and skirting around questions when all they need to do is be honest and upfront with us. Even when they had the issues with the Holders being able to open, they could have easily said they modified their holders to be even sturdier and secured, which I found in another post much later on. Instead they didn't address it and still haven't. All they said was that their engineering team is continuously examining their methods and they take photos smh. I feel people are afraid to voice their opinions because of revenge grading, but at this point I don't care and just want my cards back.
  3. The answers I've seen were politically bogus and 100% CGCs fault. CGC has even started to lie to me saying my cards have been gradeded but not shown in the system due to "IT ISSUES," yet many people have their submissions updated daily. I'm at 53 business days when I submitted during 30 days, or 62 if you count the time it sat in their offiec. Although CGC claims to be transparent as possible, we are not getting good explanations on why things are happening like: Partially completed submissions, their "IT Issues," turnaround times, why lower tiers are being pushed back, not including the time it sits in their mail room, etc. I've reached out to CGC Customer service multiple times and keep getting the runaround; is this how CGC treats their customers or are we each just another number?
  4. Nice to see other people that submitted after me are getting there's back before my 11/30 Bulk smfh.
  5. Bulk arrived at CGC 11/16. Received 11/30 Still scheduled for grading as of 02/12: 50 Business days lol. Submitted when it was 30 days. Called CGC, the customer service operator was extremely rude. I asked to speak with the person following up on my submission who seemed helpful. Apparently they are being graded, but are doing "system upgrades" and that's why it's not updated. I discovered that was a lie when my friend checked his today and it was just updated. Told me no estimated timeframe from IT (IDK how the relates to my cards being finished). Unbelievable. Yes, 2 of my submissions were already completed and in my possession that were submitted during the same time. Something tells me there are some problems going on behind the scenes.
  6. Bulk: Received 11/30 2/3 of Submissions Shipped 02/05 45 business days. 1 Submission is still scheduled which is odd.
  7. Jeez at this rate my 11/30 bulk will be completed close to the 60 business day mark. Anyone else feel ripped off when they waited so long to update their "estimated" turnaround times luring in as many "30 day" customers as they could? Add on an additional 10 days I had to wait for them to log my mail in, in other words, my turnaround time would be double than the estimated!
  8. In other words your package will be sent back to you and you'd have to wait another 2 weeks lmao.
  9. That's ridiculous, I know a ton of people who have gotten their bulk after that date already.
  10. Received: 11/30 Bulk (Technically received 11/16 but took them 2 weeks to open the mail, while they were opening combination walk throughs with bulk and cutting the line) (His bulk is already graded smh.) Status: Received Business Day #37
  11. What gets me is the fact that everyone with 11/30 submissions were technically arrived at their office 2 weeks prior and had to wait that 2 weeks to open packages. I understand the holidays delay, BUT people who submitted bulk with their walkthrough submission during the same time got their bulk logged and received first and essentially CUT THE LINE before bulk packages that arrived sooner than theirs. They should have thrown their bulk with the same queue.
