I just refreshed again, and now it is saying that "we haven't received any submissions from you in the last 8 months" when I should have 3 currently submitted, one of which was "scheduled to be graded" status

Is the Submission Tracking currently down? I have a few books that have been submitted and as of now when I log into My Submission Tracking Page a wheel starts to spin like its loading and then nothing shows up. I just want to make sure my books haven't been lost somehow. Thanks
