    Well, no response 5 days after sending an email. No answer whenever I call. Customer service doesn't seem great

    As per the title, I've just received 7 slabs back from CGC and 2 of them don't appear to the sealed properly. the top of the case curves outwards and there's a clear gap open that I can see into as you can see from the pictures. Is this normal? I have to say I was expecting them all to be perfectly sealed.

    I submitted a few things for the James Tynion IV signing event. Any ideas when it actually happened / will happen. My submission is still sat in "Received"

    Sorry, I have a follow up question. How do I find out what grade my comics were given before they arrive? I tried clicking on the submission number in My Submissions but that just tells me this: "Details not found. If you've entered a valid submission number, details will be available when the submission is at the "Scheduled for Grading" status."

    My first submission is now "Finalized / Imaged / Shipped" which is great. Just wondering what do they mean by "Imaged"? Does CGC store pictures of the slabs once graded?

    I'm shipping some comics for grading direct from the UK to Sarasota rather than via the London office. I need to fill out a customs form which has the options: Gift Documents Goods you are selling Commercial sample Returned goods Other (please specify) Any other UK people here who have done this and can advise on what I should choose? Is it "Other" and then specify something like "Printed Materials" in the box???

    I posted some comics to the London office on 7th March, and according to the courier they arrived on 9th. How long should it be before they appear in my submissions? I know the actual grading will take a number of weeks - I just want to see them on the system. Thanks
