Hi Has anyone else noticed that a number of DC comics with blue covers are turning grey ? Any idea on why this happening ?

Recently bought a personal grail and need to replenish my account if I am to stay in a relationship so I am forced to dip into my PC and pull two books for sale. With the recent trailer that came out, sales in low grades have started to climb and be in demand with dealers and collectors. This will be my Second for sale post so please bare with me. So I just found and purchased this copy of the Swamp Thing sourcebook/adventure for the DC Heros RPG by Mayfair Games Inc. circa 1991. However, I didn't know that it was sealed until it arrived and now I'm hesitant to open it and am considering having it graded. It has credits including Alan Moore and Len Wein and it looks to be in decent condition except for some wear around the edges. Comically, it does have a dead bug trapped at the very bottom of cover behind the plastic, but I also thought that may be viewed as a health liability by the CGC. I can find no record of one having been graded before and I thought it'd be appropriate to trying having it done. It isn't a comic or a magazine, but I can't image the CGC refusing it for that reason. If nothing else, it'd be great to have some more experienced opinions on the matter. Thank you.

I am selling part of my huge comic book collection. I have about 1200 comics or slightly less. In this auction, you will be buying 1 SHORT BOX of comic books. This is a mix of mostly Marvel, DC Comics, Image Comics, Valiant Comics and Dark Horse Comics and more. These comics could be from the late 1980s to the 2000's. The conditions range from Near Mint to Very Good. There may be books that are signed by either the artists or the writers or both. Some boxes will contain straight runs of a series. Variants may be included. Multiples of issues may also be included. This collection would be perfect for those starting up a business or to grow their comic collection. I have 8 short boxes in this auction. Each box will be with random books from many comic publishers. So each box may have up to 150 comics or slightly less. AGAIN, EACH BOX WILL BE FILLED WITH RANDOM BOOKS. Some of the titles are from Spider-Man, Batman, Fantastic Four, Sin City, Aliens, Predator, Spawn, Witchblade, Star Wars, Robin, X-O Manowar, Punisher, X-Men, Wolverine, Danger Girl, Gen 13, Moon Knight, and many more.
