The early X-Men market is dismal these days. I just saw an X-Men #14 close for $217! I'd wait on that one, hold it for a while. You should be able to get $200 for it later, $100 now. I just bought that same book in CGC 8.5 for $57.

X-Men 77 in the most recent Heritage auction went for 180.00 or so in 9.4.

True, #12 is a great book, so is #31, a classic Iron Man looking Cobalt Man! The other thread is probably correct, I'm holding some X-Men for the movie. Stand a better chance of making enough profit to buy more books.

I agree, sold a #27 a few weeks ago 9.2 and only got 120.00. However, don't expect X-men 2 to cause a re-surge in X book demand. Batman caused LOTS of demand but Batman returns did not, but you never know.

That got a 9.4? You've gotta be kidding me. Is that spine stress? And how about that right edge. My 9.2 #27 was nicer than that.

..you're right, does look like a lot of spine stress (that breaks color) for a 9.4.
