Is anyone bidding in the HA auction, there are two that I noticed there? One was mine originally, shown here just before I shipped it to Matt and CGC to grade. Notice that when CGC had it, the top edge had a chip out of it.

Presumably it was just folded over, and not really a chip?

I had owned it since the 80's, and it always had that top edge crease, fragile material. That little piece was gone when I received it back from CGC. I'm not condemning them or Matt, I mentioned it more as a way to identify the book to me. It stands out, and surely affects value and saleability.

Yeah, I was hoping for a 6.0, but it turned out that it was also just early to sell then. Prices really jumped last year.

Yes, it has gotten around. I saw it on eBay just before it went on the HA previews.

Pretty crappy disclosure

Its the same book look at the bottom right corner on back cover and tanning on first page. It looks lightened but not disclosed along with pieces added/ color touch blah blah.

I can see why you think so, but it's actually not the same book. I thought so too, because, among other things, the staple placement is almost identical. But the key is in the lower edge of the front cover. There's more material on the recent listing than on the former (count the number of floors in the building at the LRFC for reference). If it was trimmed, it would have lost material, not gained it.
