I have had it for 3 years or so. I definitely didn't have it pressed and don't think the owner before me did.

Is the book complete and is the cover attached along with all of the inside centerfolds? And how do you feel about time payments?

To my knowledge, it is complete and attached. Let me recheck when I get home just to be double sure. I have not removed it from the mylar in a few years.
