why is it a reject and what are you going to do with it.

It doesn't exist yet,its a composite,i do these to get the right image before i touch the cover,once you start inking you cant go back. Its a reject cause the logo is too big and the space for text on the bottom isn't big enough.

Regardless,ill move on to the next.

Dumb kid question: What's a composite?

Composite is like a test cover..or a test project. You simply layout the sketch on top of another sketch to see what it will look like.

The cover is an image that is blank,just cover art,the SUPERMAN is on a separate piece of paper that is scanned and then placed over the cover image. You now have 1 image,a composite.Its like a layout.

What if you stretched it on the vertical axis?

Ive tried and the vertical just doesnt work when the cover design dictates horizontal.

You should draw in 70 toons for the 70 year cover, just fill the rest of the cover with heads so there is 70 of them
