Personally never met Alex as I have only communicated with him via e-mail but he seemed very friendly and receptive. And a big thanks for helping to convince him to do more traditional artwork! Popular Post Caltex98 Posted June 18, 2021 Popular Post Share Posted June 18, 2021 (edited) This one got stuck in the customs almost as long as the journey across the Atlantic: This hommage to the Curt Swan cover of Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #1 from 1958 is the brainchild of Jeff Shultz. He thought it out and suggested it as an idea for a commission and I just had to go along with it. He also convinced Jack Morelli to design the logo and do the word balloons which added a lot of authenticity. My favourite teenage witch and Superman! I couldn’t be happier to have it though. Have been looking for a Gil Kane piece for a long time and the fact that it’s the Goblin is so great. It looks even better in person!
