3-D Glasses included

My question is: When CGC grades 3-D comic books, does it lower the assigned grade if the 3-D glasses are included with the comic, but still not attached to the comic book? If it does lower the grade, then how many grades does it subtract?

CGC cannot determine if that exact pair of glasses came with that exact comic. So, unless the comic is very low grade, it will receive a Qualified grade and not a Universal grade. The glasses will be returned to the submitter since we will not encapsulate them with the comic.

CGC will encapsulate items that are attached to the comic along with the book, but not those which are not attached. (The exception in this case would be if the item was unusually bulky and would otherwise prevent the comic from being encapsulated at all.)
