One of my big collecting themes is monster trees! And swamps, fishing covers and hair pulling so this checks all the boxes. I still need a nice HOM #117 but I was happy to recently purchase this beautiful upgrade from The Lizard King @lizards2

Not only that, but the storyline is very good too. One of my favorite story arcs!

 House of Secrets 105 has a great fishing cover. I have it but not scanned to post!

I remember reading this issue as a kid and feeling quite disturbed by it, but loved it too.

I bought this raw off of eBay if you can believe it.  Thought it had potential for at least a 9.4 or possibly a 9.6 when I got it in hand.  I did not press it or have it cleaned and it came back a 9.0.  Still I'm happy to have it.  The Jack Sparling "Grey Tone" cover really pops.  Paul~

I was going to post this last night. I got about 2 or 3 ideas. I was actually willing to go around $600.

When I saw it at around $615 with hours to go I knew I wasn't going to stand a chance.

Sold for $850
