Green or Purple Lable????

I doubt if this has ever happened, but what would CGC do in the case of a book that has been restored (say, small color touch and staple repair), but also has a creator signature on it? Would the book get the Purple lable (with qualifier noted) or the Green lable (w/ restoration noted)?
