FedEx doesn't ship to CGC?

Hello,

 

I've just come back from the FedEx drop-off centre and they've told me they could not ship my parcel through them as CGC's shipping address is a post office box. I'm wondering if this only applies to Canadians? I would like to send my comics through them as my post office will only insure parcels up to $1000. Any help would be appreciated!
