Judging by what was dug up, I am sure that the Neeley's have been investigated for bigger things than comic book scams.

Yup - last email I got from them... I was pretty happy about how it ended.

 

AND got the sweetest counterfeit IH 181 ever! I honestly will likely never throw it away as it is SOOO bad.
