I am interested in grading INDRAJAL COMICS that consist of PHANTOM AND MANDRAKE THE MAGICIAN stories and were manufactured in INDIA. Gemma 2,761 posts Posted September 12, 2013 Provided that they are not easily duplicated (black & white completely) and are not too large to be encapsulated then they can be graded by CGC.
