Pretty sure that's the first pure SF double; with D-13 "Cry Plague" is considered SF but the other half isn't. (I think that's the number and title...)

Interesting, I used the list compiled by Wiki to determine which Ace doubles are sci-fi, as I am going to try and obtain every "D" series sci-fi double. A check of a several other sources shows one that considers "Cry Plague" a medical mystery, while the rest consider it science fiction. In all I found 70 Ace "D" series books that can be categorized as sci-fi.
