That's a really nice copy for the grade. Books like that are great.  Also, it's nearly square, a miracle for DD #1

I appreciate the feedback - I got lucky - it’s from an attic collection I bought a few other low grade marvel keys from (avengers 1&4 X-men 4 ASM 6) they all came back White Pages

I've got a full run raw (except for the #1)... I sold my raw copy 5.0-ish on the boards a good number of years ago for next-to-nothing.  Oops.

Upgraded now though!

Generally speaking, in those early days it seemed like nobody but Ditko could get Spider-Man right.

I know it's not the done thing, so sorry in advance, but I used to be a member of the DD#1 club. I sold this graded one long ago, having bought it as a Spidey completist (an expensive purchase just for that single cover image!). I wonder what happened to it?

As with a lot of books, I wish I'd kept it now. Oh well, maybe one day...
