But Marvel has a minimum 1000 print run on the 3rd variant and 3k/1500 on the first two. They either changed it at the corporate level or these guys are destroying half of them or something else.

I got it from knowing retailers who work with Marvel/DC over the years. Those are the rules. I have someone contacting them tomorrow to see if the rules have changed, but I have not heard anything to suggest that.

I got it from knowing retailers who work with Marvel/DC over the years. Those are the rules. I have someone contacting them tomorrow to see if the rules have changed, but I have not heard anything to suggest that.

 

I have heard from other knowing retailers as well who have said that this has not always been the case, and exceptions are always made. For example , a retailer only needed to order 500 copies of ASM 666 to get an exclusive. It costs very little for a printer to change a cover plate during the printing process.

I got mine finally. Curious to see it.

Where can you see how many are left?

Type in say 300 and hit the "add to cart" button and it will refresh and tell you there are X number available.

Whatever number you put there it will always say 25 left.

That's not always true, it has changed a few times in the last hour or so. Last I checked it was at 21.
