Miracleman The Silver Age #1 delayed? 1 1

I read that Miracleman The Silver Age #1 was supposed to be released today and #2 in two weeks and #3 in April (where it switches to a monthly release). In case anyone doesn't know, #3 is the unreleased last issue that's finally coming out after all these decades. Went by the LCS and they said it looks like it's been delayed until April, but I can't find any announcement of this. It was even advertised in last weeks Spiderman #1 as such. Anyone have any info. on the update? Marvel's site still shows these dates.

I heard some rumblings at the London Comic Con that there was a fresh litigation/rights issue that had popped up in regards to the new issues, but I couldn't get any details.

I can't find any news more recent than March. It says the previous solicitations were cancelled, and will come out at a later date. Much later apparently.

Marvel's website is now showing that Miracleman Silver Age #1 will be released on 1/25/17. Does anyone know anything about it?
