Water stain that can be seen in the upper right corner running down right side runs through all the pages in the same manner, but lighter. Water stains right around both staple areas on several of the pages from centerfold outward.

4.0. Was in the 5.0 range, then I saw the back cover.

3.0 - 3.5 tear in front cover right hand edge. water damage back cover with rusted staples
