Thanks guys! Just picked up the Artgerm Harley variant! IMHO, it's the best cover of the bunch!

 

it puts his Batman 1 variant to shame

 

It puts most of the store exclusive covers to shame.

 

EXCEPT for the Bulletproof Comics variant:

 

 

 

I like this one, but I have to limit myself.

Why ?

 

Personally, I like the B&W version a little bit better.

 

I like his stuff, but his other work has the characters in more dynamic poses. The art is nice, just not his best.

The only thing is these variants come on super cheap paper ... not to mention that annoying all-black cover. Careful getting 9.8s.

Really? I think it looks great

 

No sex appeal and her face looks kind of manly to me. Phoned it in on the background too. Dell'Otto is definitely the best in the game at realistic figures though.

I wasn't allowed to and I know Joe Linsner. The guy from DC told me to not contact Joe,that he would let me know. Pretty much sucks since I am the one dropping $10K on the books. So I just hoped I would get one that stood out from the rest. I was happy with what I got from Joe...I was hoping to get something more in your face like the Artgerm piece (which is badass!!)...but DC was slow getting back to us and we didn't have much time to have Joe bust something out...he did this over this past weekend! Pre-sales have been very strong and I can't wait to have the books in hand!

The print runs being posted are false 3000/1500 they would be sold out by now.

I Know at least 8 people that pre ordered a 100 copies or each cover. I wish i could afford to do that.

Legacy comics and cards said initially they were going to order that amount but had till next week to adjust the order according to pre ordered numbers. I expect it to be more 5000/3000 but thats just a guess and we all know how people hate it when you do that on here.

Who knows they may start doing midtown exclusive numbers 8000/5000. Has anyone noticed they still have all there variants.

 

Legacy hasnt run out of any of the artgerm covers. They did raise the prices but they are not out.

Its an amazing cover and Harleys following is huge. I ordered 10 myself hoping for at least one NM+ in the bunch.
