What would be a fair price for walking dead #1 ungraded that will prob will grade out to be a 9.2

 

A local shop is selling but i think their price is too high

Graded 9.2s going for about $1300-$1400 right now so I would guess around $900-$1000ish for a raw 9.2 with the new season hype, so how high are they going with it?

 

 

ETA: Okay $1100 is a tad high IMO but not outrageous, but this is hype-time with the new season and Negan getting memes etc.

Why not save 300 more for a cgc 9.2? Less risk for a high dollar book.
