Printing plate size

I saw a printing plate from a SA Wonder Woman comic and it's so cool that I'd like to buy it, but the plate is smaller than a SA comic book. It's about 17cm x 12cm

Is that possible? Or is it a fake? 

It is cool but I don't want to waste my money

The plates that printed these were very large. They printed many up on a sheet. I don't know if it is a fake because why would anyone would want to fake something like this with so little collectible value? I wouldn't touch it though.

Actually, it is from a GA comic, not silver age. It's the splash page from WW 2

Printing plates only transfer ink to paper and in the same size as the plate so if it is a plate it was probably made for a mini comic reprint of WW2 if that exist.
