Mid grade restored have recently sold in the 40s

Does this include extensively restored? What kind of value would you put on a 6.0 ext (P)?

There's EP and then there's EP Trimmed, like your copy correct ?

CC had a Bats1 6.0 A-1 (R) sell for 44K this month.

I would think a mid grade Mod or Ext would fall in the 30-40K range.

A 6.0 Ext Trimmed would likely fall on the low end of the 30s.

extensive probably some % less than average, with slight some % greater than average (avg being a nice mod)

Assuming mid to high grade, and not trimmed....

Extensive Restored 40k?

Moderate 45k?

Slight 50k?

That's my best guess (plus or minus 20% on any given book or auction day). I've closely watched the last several Bats 1s at CC, including Restored books. Seems like the market is "on the move" right now so pricing data from even 6 months ago may be a bit behind.

The CC 6.0 was an extremely nice copy. I was thinking it'd go even higher. Did that price fall in line with everyone else's expectations?

It seems one would be hard pressed to find an unrestored 2.0 for that price anymore. Considering the resto is slight, and professional in nature, I'd far prefer the CGC 6.0 (A-1) for the money. I'm not familiar enough with the market to have had an expectation, but it seems like it was a relative bargain to me.
