Hi all,

Long story short I've got a deal underway with Chiaroscuro. The original situation was for a commission and five pieces of art. 

Over the past couple of months the commission fell through-that's ok no money up front. But one of the pieces turned out to be not as advertised-again ok as they let me know before it shipped, although after it was paid for.

I've asked for a refund for the piece and told it would be fine.

Since then I've gotten two 'I'm working on it' emails this past week and not much else.

So, I'm wigging a bit and hoping someone has a successful story to share.

I buy from them somewhat regularly  (several times this year already). Their communication is generally good and prompt and I have always received the artwork I purchased. As it is only been a week I wouldn't concern yourself too much.
