A Tale of Two Flaws

I purchased a sweet variant of the new Astonishing X-Men #1 (NM). When I recieved it, there was a small bend in the bottom right corner of the cover, about 1" in length and very slight color break in a 1/4" of it. The seller immediately sent me another copy. This copy looks great, except for what looks like a fleck of recycled paper in the title. This is glossy and looks like something from the printer.

Anyways, which would be considered the more egregious flaw? I got what I feel is a good deal on the book, so I am not going to bother the seller any more; just send back the one I don't want.

Thanks in advance for your advice/opinion!
