Quick question on this glued on Bristol Board Action #37 cover 0

I know this is virtually worthless.  It has been glued on the board and has been this way I am thinking since the 70s.  Any recommendations on what to do with it? Too much cost and trouble to even explore removing it so it could be used by someone needing a partial front cover of the issue?  Wish it was a #1 cover

I would just trim it out and frame it. Thank goodness it isn't an Action #1...

I have seen old furniture pasted with old comic art and glazed over which was quite amazing to look at.
