Storing Mylar WITH Poly?

I'm looking to convert the bulk of my collection to Mylar and half or full backs and had a question.  Is it ok to store Mylar bags AND poly in the same long box?  For example, if I have a run of x-men that I will switch to Mylar, can I keep them in the same box with a run of say, x-factor that I don't think merit the upgrade for a few years?  In other words, would the poly bags help degrade the Mylar bags in long term storage?  (Sort of a, 'one bad apple spoils the bunch' situation). Maybe just the ones that are actually touching and I should use a divider?

I know there are infinite topics on mylar VS poly, but I could not find any discussion on storing them TOGETHER, if that is a concern at all (hey, I'm no chemist!).  Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this in.  New here, go easy on me lol!

EDIT: to clarify, since it's longer term storage I can definitely split them up in different boxes, I would just MUCH rather prefer to keep the whole collection's current sorting.

The poly bags won't have any effect on the mylar bags.
