Avengers 1 and 4 low grade but how low 0

A friend of my dads found these comics in his moms attic unfortunately theybare in really rough shape i know there extremely low grades but was wondering if i could get some help with how low ibmay buy them and i want to give him a fair amount based on condition. I have some pics and few details pages are cr to ow and the cover on 4 is hanging on by a thread avengers 1 pages are same but staples are more intact.  Also a Fantastic four 48 which is in way better condition and im a big fan of silver surfer so bonus there. Thanks appreciate any info on grading Im a collector only and have had horrible luck trying to figure things like this out in the past.

Cant tell through the plastic but probably worth getting Avengers #1 graded even in low grade if it is complete

Honestly, it looks like it would benefit with a press. I would consider it.
