Pep comics #98 - FR/GD 1.5 -  Cover basically detached and some chips off cover. Slightly brittle. Colors are still great, and this is a nice looking filler in mylar.

Strange Tales #89 - G/VG 3.5 - Great GA classic, first appearance of Fin Fang Foom. I bought this from @Ricksneatstuff here on the boards, but I'm hoping to move to a raw copy.

There is a 3.0 on ebay right now for $700 and 4.0s recently sold at $800 and $700. I'm setting the price for this one at $575.
