First :takeit: in thread wins it and trumps all negotiations. Time stamp determines winner.

Shipping will be $13 for 1st slab and $2 for each additional

I had mixed feelings about putting it up for sale but after looking at the book more I've got to put it back in the boxes.  It was either sell it and move on or keep it and collect the run.  Should be fun to find the other three books.
