Sure! A subscription crease is a vertical crease down the center of the book. It was usually done when being shipped by the publisher, or if a kid folded it in half to put in his back pocket. The only reason I asked is because it looks like there is a line of dirt down the center of the back cover, which can be typical in books with sub-creases since the top of the crease is likely to pick up more dirt than the rest of the book when being stored or left out.

Actually now that I look, it looks like a sub-crease that breaks color going through the guy GL is holding on the front cover, and it can be seen again (very faintly) after "April" at the top of the cover.
