For sale is a CGC 4.0 Shadow v4 #2, CGC labels it as a 'classic severed head cover'. Very cool book, this copy has 5 small holes along the spine, that seem like they may have been extra staples that were removed (see pictures). Rest of the book looks like it could be a 5.0+ so this a is a good chance to get an otherwise pretty nice looking book for less.
