Not real sure what this is worth but asking for $100 including media mail shipping. US only. PayPal only. First :takeit: wins. If interested but I’m way off on pricing feel free to shoot me an offer. 

Sealed 1st Print (2006) Uncanny X-Men volume 1. At least I believe it’s 1st print based on ISBN, can’t look inside to double check since it’s sealed. 

The seal is ripped/opened in a few spots - but overall the book has never been opened/read.  Book in great shape, doesn’t look like corners have been banged around during transport.
