I was going to in the morning, just panicking , wanted to know if someone else has experienced this before and what the protocol is., thanks

It's a shipping error. Stay calm and explain it to them. It's not the first one, or the last. Pain in the , but I'm sure they will resolve it.

Cgc customer care came through, they rectified the problem , actually contacted me before I had a chance to call them.
